Assisted Transfer steps:
- When you have a caller on your phone (not being held), press the 'Transfer' button
- Dial the extension you wish to transfer too. Make sure the extension you are dialing answers the call first.
- When that new party answers, press the 'Transfer' button again and that will transfer the call
Blind Transfer:
- When caller is on your phone (not being held), press the 'Transfer' button
- Dial the extension number you wish to transfer too
- Then hit the 'Transfer' button again.
In Version 6.2+ of Switchvox, both Blind and Assisted transfers to an internal extension will pass the original caller ID of the caller.
In previous versions, only Blind Transfers passed the original caller ID.
