How to perform a blind and assisted transfer using a Digium phone

Assisted Transfer steps:
  1. When you have a caller on your phone (not being held), press the 'Transfer' button
  2. Dial the extension you wish to transfer too. Make sure the extension you are dialing answers the call first.
  3. When that new party answers, press the 'Transfer' button again and that will transfer the call

Blind Transfer:
  1. When caller is on your phone (not being held), press the 'Transfer' button
  2. Dial the extension number you wish to transfer too
  3. Then hit the 'Transfer' button again.
In Version 6.2+ of Switchvox, both Blind and Assisted transfers to an internal extension will pass the original caller ID of the caller.
In previous versions, only Blind Transfers passed the original caller ID.
