          Version 6.2

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Title:  SIP Provider may Reject External-Incoming Call Sent Outside of Switchvox due to Caller ID

DEV Case ID: SWVX-10473

Issue Summary: As part of Caller ID handling improvements made in 6.2, the option to disable "Attempt to preserve Caller ID" from personal extension Call Rules had been removed. Consequently, a small number of SIP Providers may reject external-incoming calls being sent back outside of Switchvox with the original external-incoming caller ID preserved. Note: A list of all providers possibly affected is not available. If you experience this issue, please contact Digium Technical Support to document provider information and receive limited production release of 6.2.1 which includes this fix.

Title:  Ring All Queue calls may not be recorded if answered by converged extension

DEV Case ID: SWVX-11252, SWVX-11225

Issue Summary: When a Queue Member has a converged extension which is not a member of the queue and not subject to another Call Record rule, the Call Record rule for the queue will not cause the call to be recorded when a queue call is answered by the converged extension. Calls answered by the "master" extension which is a queue member will still be recorded as expected. This issue applies only to Queues that are configured with a Ringing Strategy of Ring All.
