Enhancements & Issues Resolved
- The exchange of configuration information between Switchvox and a Digum Phone has been improved for efficiency.
In the event that there is an error during that exchange, the SIP Phones Connection Status (Server > Connection Status) now shows a new state for Digium Phones. If a primary extension on a Digium Phone is registered but not fully communicating with Switchvox, it is displayed with a yellow icon. (Secondary Switchvox extensions on the same Digium Phone are also displayed with a yellow icon.) Normally, if a Digium Phone is in this state, it can make and receive calls but isn't updating with information from Switchvox, and cannot do things such as record an active call. A phone in this state should be restarted. To restart the phone, press the More... softkey until you see a Menu softkey, press Menu, then press 6 on the keypad. - For calls redirected out over PRI using a personal call rule (Ring-all or Cascade), the REDIRECTING(from-num) channel variable value is set in the same way as the Diversion header of a call being redirected over SIP. This prevents certain PRI providers from rejecting the call when the variable is missing.
- Fax files are now delivered even if an error is reported. There may be errors in the file, or it may be incomplete, but what is received is delivered.
- Scheduled Reports now save correctly without first opening the Schedule Information tab.
- New Global Variables can be correctly saved in an IVR menu.
