Information
This article describes the issues resolved in Switchvox version 6.4.2 (86124). Previous version is 6.4.1.1 and next version is 6.5.1.1. See also: Known Issues.

This version requires version 6.3.6 (84996). Please see the important information in the article Updating to Switchvox 6.4 if you have Digium Phones attached to Switchvox.

Issues Resolved

  • A call in your Switchboard My Calls widget that was assisted-transferred to you, now has action buttons that work correctly on that call.
  • Switchboard initiated calls to an extension with Ring-all call rule actions no longer briefly ring that extension's main phone before ringing all numbers.
  • The Switchboard Queue Calls Waiting widget now displays the calls in the correct order, where the previous activity of the call was causing all the calls to be in the wrong order of wait-time.
  • A transfer now completes correctly where an extension forwards a call to a queue via a call rule, the answering member blind-transfers the call to another extension, and that extension transfers it again.
  • Large volumes of error messages are no longer generated after attempting to log into /main with an extension that's forced to confirm a language or change password and the User API is not allowed in Access Control.
  • Multiple scheduled reports running at the same time no longer end up with the same file attachment, which happened under specific circumstances.
  • Outgoing Caller ID Rules are now ordered correctly, where some scenarios caused the chosen order to not save correctly, which resulted in the rules being out of order when the page was refreshed.
  • Polycom phones with a rapid dial entry that is missing the first_name value now displays the entry's name instead of extension number.
  • Uploading External Contacts csv file no longer generates an error message.
  • Server > Connection Status no longer presents an error that the Digium Phones 6X is unsupported.
  • The Access Control Rules no longer specify Digium Config Server as a service option for a rule. This was used in previous versions with Direct Port Access, so that phone configuration was done over port 5062.
  • New Digium Phone firmware version 1.3.2.4 for the D80, and version 2.2.1.8 for all other phone models. To improve phone configuration over port 5060, packets are split in the case where a packet would exceed the designated IP MTU packet size.
