Important information for a Switchvox updating from
Issues Resolved
- This update to 6.6.0.3 allows a converged phone that's assigned to lines 2-6 of a desktop Digium Phone to become an Additional Phone. Updating to versions 6.6.0.1 and 6.6.0.2 did not allow those as Additional Phones (the update removed the convergence and made them into a Main phone).
- Digium Phone Assignments now correctly let you assign an Additional-Phone extension to lines 1-6.
- Additional Phones now correctly inherit the Main's Extension Permissions.
- The Monitor option in the Contacts app of a desktop Digium Phone can now correctly monitor a call happening on someone's Additional Phone (assuming the person monitoring the call has permission).
- Additional Phones can now use an Agent Log In extension and correctly log in as the Main extension.
- Sound Manager tools that let you record a sound over the phone now correctly let you use an Additional Phone to make the recording.
- Additional Phones are removed from other areas of the Switchvox web suite where they should not be used.
